We have two kinds of lessons. One is class lessnon and the other is free training. Both lessons are taken by Japanese. There is a trainer who can understand English.
Practice with some our gym's members.
The lesson is for beginner and a man / woman who has kickboxing experience.
Class Lesson sample ↓
Start from warming-up → basic form → mitt or sandbag training → partner practice (light sparring) → work out (push-up , abs , squat , etc)
This lesson is for middle or advanced level. The lesson is recommend for the person who can make lesson plan by yourself.
We always have trainers so you can do mitt training (usually 3 rounds).

warming up → rope skipping → shadow boxing → sandbag → mitt → light sparring (If there is a same level partner in our gym.) → weight training. (we have free weight rack , maximum weight is 130kg)
